How to post Business Partners
1. Once logged in to the system, from the menu select Administration
2. Click on Business Partners (1002) or
3. You can also go direct to this transaction by entering the transaction number “1002” on the entry field found on the upper right side of the menu having the label “TRX #:” and click “Go!” button
4. To add a record, click on Add and fill in the following entry fields:
? Key (system generated)
? Campus Restriction (system generated)
? Kind of Organization (choose from drop box)
? Covered State (choose from drop box)
? Business Partner Name
? Abbreviation
? Former Abbreviation
? ED ID
? Provides budget (use check box if applicable)
? Has Refund Policy (use check box if applicable)
? Address
? City
? State
? Zip Code
? Country
? Foreign Postal Code
? Contact Person
? Phone Number
? Fax Number
? Email Address
? Website
? Jurisdiction-Institutional level (choose from drop box)
? Validity-Earliest Date
? Program Level (choose from drop box)
? End Date
? Last Updated by (system generated)
? Last Update on (system generated)
5. To save the record, click on Save button
6. To modify a record, choose the record from the List of Business Partners and click on the radio button beside that record to focus on it. Click on the Modify button and make the necessary changes, then click on the Save button afterwards. If you need to abandon any changes, click on the Cancel button.
7. To delete a record, choose the record from the List of Business Partners and click on the radio button beside that record to focus on it. Click on the Delete button to remove that record from the list.
8. Repeat step 5 thru step 7 when needed
9. When done on this transaction, click on Exit
