Module Description |
|
This module allows you to create Exams than can later be assigned to student records under Academic Postings Trx 4035-4039. Creating Exams also allows you to assign each exam to Grading groups Trx 4021 for weighted averages on final grades/GPAs on progress reports, etc.

Date the Exam was offered for the first time as part of a student’s academic posting. |

Select the Program/Course the Exam should be associated to. |

Exam Name |
Name of the Exam |

Subject |
Select a specific Subject to associate the Exam with. Subjects are created under Registrar Controls. |
|
Type |
Options are: Lecture, Lab, Externship, operation or Entire Subject. |
|
Required |
Yes if the Exam is required before subject is successfully completed |
|
Grade Weight |
Refers to the weight the Exam will have on the overall grade/GPA. If all Exams are weighted equally then enter a 1 for each exam. |
|
Mid Term |
Yes- if Exam is the Mid Term |
|
Final |
Yes- if the Exam is the Final Exam |
