Module Description |
|
This module allows you to create Assignments than can later be assigned to student records under Academic Postings Trx 4035-4039. Creating Assignments also allows you to assign each Assignment to Grading groups Trx 4021 for weighted averages on final grades/GPAs on progress reports, etc.

Name of the Assignment |

Subject |
Select a specific Subject to associate the Assignment with. Subjects are created under Registrar Controls. |

Type |
Options are: Lecture, Lab, Externship, operation or Entire Subject. |

Lesson # In subject |
Allows you to assign a specific Lesson # which will display in sequence under Academic Postings and Progress Reports (optional) |

Assignment # |
Allows you to assign a specific Assignment # which will display in sequence under Academic Postings and Progress Reports (optional) |

Required |
Yes if the Assignment is required before a final grade can be calculated |
|
Weight |
Refers to the weight the Assignment will have on the overall grade/GPA. If all Assignments are weighted equally, then enter a 1 for each assignment. |
