Module Description

Student Subject Schedules determine the subjects/classes that the students will be taking.

 

NOTE:  The Subject Needed tab displays the subjects the student still needs to take.  The Subjects Taken tab displays the subjects the student has taken.  To add or create a record, click the ADD button on the toolbar. To MODIFY an existing record, select the corresponding button.

Refers to the number sequentially assigned for each entry

Subject

Select the Subject you wish to schedule from the dropdown

Term

Select the Term for which you are scheduling the subject (only applicable for Term programs)

Start date

 

Date the Student will be starting the subject

End Date

Date the student will end the subject

Status

Select the Status of the Subject

Times taken

Generated by the system. Refers to the number of times the student attempted the subject
