Uploading Records

1.Select the Device from the drop down list. (The values in this list are the controls you set up in the Kinds of Third Party Devices [4026])

2.Within the ‘UPLOAD DATA’ window, select the file that you will upload. Click ‘Browse’ button to locate the file that you will upload.

3.In ‘Delimiter’ drop down list, select ‘Comma’.

4.In ‘Date’ (format) drop down list, select ‘CCYYMMDD’

5.In ‘Time’ (format) drop down list, select ‘HHMM’.

6.In the ‘Order of Data to be Converted’, leave the values as is. The default selection has already been pre-defined.

7.Press the ‘Open and Convert’ button.

8.Wait for a popup message to appear. Then click the OK button.

9.Press the ‘Post Data’ button. The ‘Processing’ window will display while the system post the data in the file. This may take a while depending on the size of the file being uploaded.

10.Wait for the ‘Processing’ window to go away and scroll down the screen to see the result of the upload.

11.When all records from the file have been posted, a popup window with the message ‘Done’ will appear.
