PELL Cost of Attendance [5002]

 

          

 

Module Description

This module enables you to create Pell Cost of Attendance records that shall be used as reference in the calculation of budgets in the Financial Aid Packaging module.

 

If Pell Cost of Attendance changes, do not modify the existing entry. Add a new set of costs by clicking the ADD button and entering the new effective date.  Modifying existing costs will affect past data and students.

This module applies to Term schools only.

Pell Costs are not automatically applied in term student packaging. Users must apply Pell Costs to individual students in TRX 5010.

Date when Pell Cost is effective

Pell Cost

Pell Cost Amount that will be included in the FA packaging determining the student cost in the budget

DEP/IND Amount

Cost amount for each Dependant of the student. Included in the FA packaging determining the student cost

Applies to Campus

The Pell Costs will apply to FA Packaging of the campus/school selected
