Financial Aid – Child Care Budgets

Module Description

This module shall enable you to create global records of Child Care Budgets that shall be used as reference in computing the term students’ Financial Aid Cost of Attendance.

If Child Care Budgets change, do not modify the existing entry. Add a new Child Care budget by clicking the ADD button and entering the new effective date. Modifying existing Child Care budgets will affect past data and students.

This module applies to Term schools only.

Child Care Budgets must be applied per student in TRX 5010 by the FAO.

Field	Description
Key	Refers to the number sequentially assigned for each entry under the logged in school or campus
Child Care Budget	Refers to the description or name of that particular Child Care Cost. Ex: 2016-2017 Children
Effective Date	Date when the Child Care Budget took effect
Cost	Cost amount of the Child Care Budget
