Financial Aid – Student Loan Periods

Module Description

This module shall enable you to View and Print Student Loan Periods. Loan Periods appearing here are automatically created when a Loan is awarded for the budget year in FA Awarding and Packaging TRX 5012. All fields are populated automatically from information entered in Budgets, FA Packaging and the ISIR

Field	Description
Key	Refers to the number sequentially assigned for each entry under the logged in school or campus
Start Date	Loan Period start date (usually also the Budget period)
End Date	Loan Period end date (usually also the Budget period)
Budget	Refers to the Budget Periods labeled in Awarding and Packaging
Months	Length of the Budget Period in months
Total Costs	Refers to the Student’s Cost of Attendance for the budget Period. Based from student budgets and Awarding and Packaging
FC	Total Cost and FC should also match the budget year Total School Charges and Prorated EFC from ISIR
Sub Limit	Student’s Limit of Sub Loans for the Loan Period
Unsub Limit	Student’s Limit of Unsub Loans for the Loan Period
PLUS Limit	Parent’s Limit of Parent PLUS Loans for the Loan Period
