How do I enroll a student?

 

Ensure a Lead Profile is created first- TRX 2009. Under Lead Profile, Click the TRANSACTIONS Tab. Click ADD, select ENROLLMENT from the Type of Transaction dropdown. Answer the remaining questions, click SAVE. After Saving the Enrollment transaction, a link “MOVE TO ADMISSIONS” will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click the MOVE TO ADMISSIONS link and it will automatically open a Student Profile and copy the data over from the Lead Profile. Enter the remaining data, then click SAVE. Once the STUDENT profile is saved, the student will appear under TRX 3008- Student Profiles and will no longer be seen under the ACTIVE Lead Cards/Profiles.

 

If you do not wish to use the LEAD modules in RGM, go Directly to Student Profile Trx 3008 and Click ADD, enter the profile data, CLICK SAVE.

 

From here move forward to Enrollment screens (3013-Non Term or 3014-Term), if enrolling under 3013 Non-Term, then go to 3015 and assign a Student Weekly Schedule. Now Financial Aid Packaging and Academic Postings can be posted.
