How do I re-assign a Lead to a different Recruitment Staff member?
If the Lead was assigned to the wrong staff member then go back to Lead Profile and change the staff name under the STAFF dropdown. If the Lead should stay assigned to the initial staff member, but a different staff member scheduled appointments, interviewed the LEAD, receive application etc. then just simply select the applicable staff member under the STAFF field under –Lead Profile>Transactions TAB, when posting the specific type of transaction.
