How do I apply charges to a student’s account?

 

Standard Charges (Tuition, Registration and Supplies) are automatically applied to the student’s account upon saving an enrollment under Non Term Enrollment TRX 3013 or Term Enrollment TRX 3014. “Non Standard” Charges can be applied to an Individual student under Student Charges TRX 6004. Note: The “standard” charges that apply automatically are created under “Program Charges” module under Administration. Also for specific types of charges to appear as an option under 6004, those are added also under Program Charges-Other Charges Tab and flagged as not mandatory.
