Why did the Refund Amount Change?

First Go to Trx 6031 and compare the Current Refund Page to the original print out. Look for changes to; The Program Length, The Last Date of Attendance, Completed Units, Days, Weeks, Months etc, PP Dates, Completed VS Scheduled Hours/Units in Payment Period, Disbursement Amounts, Student Weekly Schedule. Also Holidays are entered or modified changing the dates of Payment Periods. If you do not have previous calculations, you may view them under Trx 6008 & 6009 to compare.
