Policy Level	Refers to Policy being applicable to a program, campus or school level
Dictated By	Refers to the Agency dictating policy; School, State Agency or Accrediting Agency
Agency Name	Agency Name dictating policy
Policy Name	Name of Refund Policy to appear throughout RGM
Period Charged	Refer to Period of enrollment for which the policy will apply
State Regulation Code	If Policy is dictated by a State Agency, enter Regulation Code if applicable
State Regulation Name	If Policy is dictated by a State Agency, enter Regulation Name if applicable
Calculation Used	Based on Straight Percentage Calculation or Completion Bracket

TIP: Refund Policies Created here are later assigned to each Program under Trx 1012-1015. Upon posting a Student End under Trx 4043, Refund Calculations are auto-generated and can be printed from Trx 6008, 6009 & 6031.
