TRACKING/STORING Course Changes:

When changes are made to Programs, you have the ability to track those changes made to the Program, and only apply modification as of an effective date. The “DATA CHANGES” Tab allows you to view the Changes made, the Effective Date of the Changes, how Changes were applied and the User making the modification.

 

1.Upon clicking MODIFY, a message will appear asking if you want to store Course Changes. If Changes should NOT apply to ALL PAST students ever enrolled in the program, click OK.

 

 

2.Enter the Effective Date

3.Under the BASED ON dropdown, define how the Effective Date should be applied. Start Date- Applied to students with Start Dates on or After Effective Date. Enrollment Date- Applied to students with an Enrollment Date on or after Effective Date. LDA- Applied to those with LDA in 4043 on or after Effective Date. Official Determination Date- applied to those students with ODD in 4043 on or after Effective Date. When Student is Active- applied to those students who were active on the Effective Date.
