Module Description

Typically due in winter submission, this report tracks the status of four undergraduate student cohorts at degree-granting institutions. Student completion awarded by the reporting institution and enrollment status is collected six and eight years after they entered the reporting institution. This report is required by IPEDS and applicable to degree granting schools who are eligible for Title IV.

The criteria is set to default to the appropriate cohort report dates automatically, so you should not change the criteria, simply Generate the report.

IMPORTANT: Ensure you select the same option from the “Determine Full Time Status Based On” dropdown as you did for past reports since cohort numbers are compared to other reports in other years.
