Module Description

Typically due in winter submission. This report collects more extensive data on graduation rates as required by the Higher Education Act, as amended.  The necessary data are collected to calculate graduation rates at 200% of normal time to complete all requirements of their program of study.

The criteria is set to default to the appropriate cohort report dates automatically, so you should not change the criteria, simply Generate the report.

Report Type dropdown: be sure to select the applicable type of report that you are being requested to complete by IPEDS depending if your school offers programs that are less than or more than four years in length.

IMPORTANT: Ensure you select the same option from the “Determine Full Time Status Based On” dropdown as you did for past reports since cohort numbers are compared to other reports in other years.
