Module Description |

Required by DOE for schools approved for Title IV (if your program meets the criteria). Collects on-time completion rates for graduates as well as Loan Debt details. Additional report details can be found at https://ifap.ed.gov/ifap/. The criteria are set to default to the appropriate cohort report dates but verify the year and other criteria are correct before clicking “Generate Report”. |
Important Tips before generating the report:
1.CAMPUS dropdown: will default to the current campus, but can be changed to view other campuses, or ALL CAMPUSES selection will display all applicable programs (separately) from all campuses on one report.
Selecting ALL CAMPUSES and clicking “Merge same course in all campuses” box, will combine the data for the same programs offered at different campuses.
Merge option will combine data for programs based on the following:
Active Programs, Title IV eligible, Same> OPE ID #, Budget (otherwise off-campus expenses will differ), CIP code, Credential level, Name, Length and Length Measure.

2.Expected End Dates based on dropdown: will default to Student Schedules which will calculate the student’s expected end dates based on their individual weekly schedules. Change the selection to Manual End dates if you wish to base it on the manual end dates entered by the school under 3013, or select Defined Program Length to base scheduled end dates on the defined program length from your catalog.

3.Student Cohort Based On: This determines the cohort dates for when students graduated. “Completers in recent AY” selection will base the cohort date off the most recent Award Year. “Completers Picked by start dates & program lengths” will base the cohort dates on the program lengths rather that the most recent award year.

4.Batch Report will generate the report under Batch Queue.

The following additional features are available under Batch:
Allows you to continue working while the report is generating
Report Archiving
The Report is displayed in a separate pane
Click on the Student’s name and a separate pane will open allowing quick access to their Master Sheet (also available without batch)
Expand and Collapse buttons allow you to expand ALL student lists to easily print or copy/save for back-up (also available without using batch by clicking Detach button)
