The official Academic Transcript used by Clock Hour Programs that do not post subject completions. This report lists all the Total Subject Hours, Exams and Operations (if applicable) required and shows the percentage based on amount done by the student.

Like most RGM reports, there is a “Batch” option. You can choose to generate the report under Batch, and the report can be accessed by clicking “Batched Reports” at the top of your RGM window. Generating reports under Batch enables you to continue working throughout RGM while the report generates in a different screen, as well as archiving so that you may access the report again in the future.

The option to expand, collapse and print sections are available by selecting the – or + box in the top left of each section.
