The Scheduled Hours Calendar is a report that displays a student’s scheduled v/s actual hours for each day. Cumulative Scheduled Hours V/s Cumulative Actual hours are displayed, as well as beginning and ending of payment and satisfactory academic progress periods (sap). Projected 100% and 150% end dates are also noted. The recorded weekly schedules are optional for display as well as the SAP Periods.

TIPS:

This report is especially valuable for comparing how RGM projects SAP, Payment Period and End dates to the student’s contracted dates on enrollment agreements. All Holidays/Breaks and/or Leave of Absences will be considered on this report when calculating scheduled days, hours and projected end dates.

Like most RGM reports, there is a “Batch” option. You can choose to generate the report under Batch, and the report can be accessed by clicking “Batched Reports” at the top of your RGM window. Generating reports under Batch enables you to continue working throughout RGM while the report generates in a different screen, as well as archiving so that you may access the report again in the future.

Like most RGM reports, there is a “Repeating Schedule” option. Once this selection is made, a box appears below allowing you to customize the occurrence. This will automatically generate the customized report under “Batch” based on the repeat schedule.

The DETACH button will open the report in a separate screen. This allows you to continue working throughout other areas in RGM while also viewing the report.
