The Student Absence Count report allows you to generate a listing of students that display by program, and their scheduled days v/s actual days v/s absent days. Consecutive and cumulative absence are also shown.

The Report can be generated by the following criteria. An example of how to use the report would be generating for all active students or only students in a program or group.

Like most RGM reports, there is a “Batch” option. You can choose to generate the report under Batch, and the report can be accessed by clicking “Batched Reports” at the top of your RGM window. Generating reports under Batch enables you to continue working throughout RGM while the report generates in a different screen, as well as archiving so that you may access the report again in the future.

Like most RGM reports, there is a “Repeating Schedule” option. Once this selection is made, a box appears below allowing you to customize the occurrence. This will automatically generate the customized report under “Batch” based on the repeat schedule.
