Admissions – Admissions Criteria

Module Description

Admission Criteria are guidelines defined here to inform users on any criteria before admitting students for enrollment. AR’s will use the criteria to assess if the student is eligible for that program.

Field	Description
Key	Refers to the number sequentially assigned for each entry under the logged in school or campus
Criteria Name	Name of the admissions criteria
Requirement	Dropdown: choose Admissions Requirement entered in 3002
Require Admissions Test?	Choose whether an Admissions Test is required
Allow Non-Regular Students?	Choose whether Non-Regular students are allowed to enroll
Require Admissions Test for Non-Regular Students?	Choose whether to require an Admissions Test for Non-Regular students

The Admission Documents Tab allows you to enter the documents collected from a student upon enrolling. The documents can be flagged as required or optional.

Field	Description
Key	Refers to the number sequentially assigned for each entry under the logged in school or campus
Document	Title of Admissions Document such as Enrollment Agreement, Proof of High School Diploma, etc.
Required	Dropdown: choose if the document will be optional or required before the student enrollment process is completed. If “Required and post in RGM” is selected then a Form of this title will be required under Admissions Forms module.
