Module Description

Type Flags allow institutions to further segregate students within a group i.e., a school might want to track all students by age groups such as 18-34, 35-54, and 55 and older. A flag would be created for each age group and the student flagged accordingly. This type of information could be useful when making advertisement and other administrative decisions and would be available in reports.

 

The most common use for flags is to note what session type the student is attending such as Day, Evening, Weekends, etc.

Refers to the number sequentially assigned for each entry under the logged in school or campus

Type Flag

Enter a name for the flag

Code

Enter a code for the flag.  A code is a shorter name to be used in reports

# of Terms

Term Schools only:  enter number of terms for this flag type

Active Record

Yes- Type Flag will appear in the drop down fields throughout the system. No- Type Flag will NOT appear in the drop down fields throughout the system.
