Control buttons

Module Navigation

Many Screens in the RGM Web System are designed with Three Tabs: List of Records, Detailed Info and Print Preview. Some screens may have additional Tabs.

 

Note: Most RGM Help Files/User Manual discuss modules and display screen shots from the “Detailed Info” Tab View. You may invoke this view by clicking the ADD control button at the bottom of each screen.

 

Creating a Record:

 

1.If there are existing record(s) the screen to display will list down all records entered and maintained in the invoked module. To add or create a record, click the ADD button on the toolbar. This will display the Detailed Info Tab View

 

 

 

2.When all necessary entries have been done, save the created record by clicking the SAVE button on the toolbar. If you want to cancel the process, just click the Cancel button and the system will bring you back to View Mode.

 

 

 

 

Modifying a Record:

 

1.Select a record from the list by clicking its corresponding radio button of the record you wish to modify. Click MODIFY control button at the bottom.  Doing so, the system will enable fields that can be updated.

 

Make the necessary changes, click Save. If you want to terminate the modification process, just unclick the corresponding check box of the record you are modifying.

 

 

Printing a Record:

 

1.From main screen, click the PRINT button on the bottom toolbar. A screen showing a list of records entered under the logged in school or campus will be generated.

 

 

 

The preview will feature a button Print Report. This button functions as stated on its label. Click Print Report to proceed with the process

 

 

User Accounts Overview

First Time Log In (assuming a User ID and Password have been created for you)

 

1.Go to website

2.Enter you User ID and temporary Password. If this is your first time to log in, user will be forced to change their password.

 

 

Passwords

 

should be between 8 and 16 characters long.

must contain at least 1 nonalphabetical character !@#$%^&*()_+1234567890-=

must be changed every 90 days when prompted

 

 

If You Forget Your Password

 

Click Forgot Password on the RGM Log in screen. A Pop-up screen will ask user to enter your ID and e-mail and will be validated against employees profile email, and if found it will e-mail temporary password. User will use that temporary password during login and will be forced to change once they enter the correct login ID together with temporary password.

 

 

How to Change Password

 

1.Go to Administration> [1037] User Profiles, Detailed Info tab,

2.Click Change Password, enter the new password and Save
