Admission Tests used by the school to evaluate if students can be admitted to a program for enrollment can be documented by the school in this module.

Refers to the number sequentially assigned for each entry

Campus

Refers to the campus where student is enrolled

Admissions Test

Dropdown:  Entry choices come from TRX 3004 and refer to the Test Name

ATB administrated by

Define if student took the test at the school location with a Test Administrator or in a separate Testing Center.

Proctor

Dropdown:  Entry choices come from TRX 3005 and refers to the name of Test Proctor administering the test

Test Date

Enter date test was taken

Scores: Read, Write, Verbal, Math & Dexterity, Computation, Applied, Language

Enter scores earned for each section of the Test

Passed?

Check the box if the student passed the test by meeting the minimum allowed score

For Admission? For ATB?

Check the box if the test if for either ATB or admission

Overall/Total/Composite Score

Overall earned score on the test
