The DATA TO SHOW option lets you select various subsets of the GE data.

oSelecting “Data Accepted, then Changed” from the DATA TO SHOW dropdown allows schools to see what updates need to be made to student data manaully in NLSDS.

First Select the Award Year

Select Data Accepted, then Changed from the Data to Show dropdown.

Click Generate

For each student, the first row should show data accepted, one or more following rows should show revised data in RGM. Differences are highlighted in yellow.

LAST UPDATE column shows the date the GE data was last changed. Only data that says Accepted was sent from RGM to NSLDS and accepted by NSLDS.

DATA STATUS of Not Sent or ID Block was not sent, either because the change happended after the window for sending for the AY or because the change involves fields NSLDS considers part of the ID. This is what schools need to update in NSLDS.
