Module Description |

Type Flags allow institutions to further segregate students within a group. Example: Day, Night ,Weekend NOTE: Flags are created and maintained in the control 3007>Type Flag Definitions. If the flag that you need is not available in the dropdown list then contact your Campus Administrator or Registrar as they normally maintain this control. |

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The Admissions Reps will initially Flag students when enrolling the student and then their part is completed. The following questions and answers have been written for the Registrar who typically maintains the students Flags and assume your starting point is the 3018> Student Type Flags module.
What do I need to do with flags?
Student type flags need to be updated when a student is no longer part of the Group created under Type Flags. Ex. student had section changes or attends a class out of sequence.

1.Choose the appropriate enrollment record,
2.Click ADD, to add the appropriate Flag,
3.Choose the Flag from the dropdown list,
4.Click SAVE,
5.Repeat steps 2-4 as necessary.
