Subjects In A Program-Term [4013]

Module Description

Allows users to assign Subjects to Term>Credit Hour Programs. Subjects available here were previously assigned under Trx 4005-4009. RGM staff will typically set up Subjects in a program based on the approved curriculum submitted to the Accrediting Agency and/or College Catalog.

IMPORTANT Things to Remember:

If a Subject is no longer offered in a program, do NOT remove or delete the subject from the program, rather enter an END date under the “REMOVE” field. The subject will no longer appear under a student’s curriculum if their enrollment dates aren’t within the INCLUDE/REMOVE dates here.

If the Program curriculum changes or subjects are revised, simply enter a date in the REMOVE field for old subjects. For new or revised subjects, first ADD those under Trx 4005-4009, then assign them to the Program here.

Once Subjects have been assigned to a Program, Click the PRINT button to VIEW the subjects in a better one Page Layout, and compare TOTAL Hours/Credits to the Totals set-up under Trx 1012-1015-Program Set-up- it is imperative these match.
