How to set up / view Campus profile


 

1.   Once logged in to the system, from the menu select Administration

2.   Click on Campus Master Setup

3.   Click on Campus Profile

4.   Click on View Campus Profile (1003) or

5.   You can also go direct to this transaction by entering the transaction number “1003” on the entry field found on the upper right side of the menu having the label “TRX #:” and click “Go!” button

6.   To modify, click on Modify and make changes in any of the following entry fields:


 

§     Key (system generated)

§     Campus Name

§     Address

§     City

§     State

§     Zip Code

§     Country

§     Foreign Postal Code

§     Congressional District

§     USDE Region

§     Phone Number

§     Fax

§     Website

§     Campus Email Add

§     How to Mail (choose from drop box)

§     Carrier Acct #

§     General Language Used (choose from drop box)

§     Contact Person

§     Contact Person's Email Add

§     Highest Program Offered (choose from drop box)

§     Academic Calendar (choose from drop box)

§     Status (choose from drop box)

§     As Of


 

7.   To save the record, click on Save button

8.   You can also copy controls to other campuses by clicking on the button "COPY CONTROLS TO OTHER CAMPUSES"

9.   Repeat step 5 thru step 8 when needed


 

Financial AID Settings Tab
